Is this a pulley or roo?

This is our beloved pet, a 10 week old EE that my daughter hatched. I’m torn and so want her to be a pullet, but we aren’t experienced so I’m a bit nervous about my judgement. It does have mostly even dovewing pattern with a dark buff colored chest. No comb development, but the legs are on the big side. The farmer thinks a Cochin roo may have sired her on an EE pullet, though, so that could explain those bigger legs. What say you, Internet chicken lovers?

3x Pullet ... Single row of peas, some don't say this is true but I don't see any saddle nor hackle feathering yet. Some say 12wks is when the "male" feathering shows it's self.
