Is this a purebred Crested Cream Legbar?

Anybody who is familiar with the Crested Cream Legbar breed, is this a purebred pullet? She should be laying any day now, I know her eggs should be blue if she is pure.

She is a cream legbar, however the only thing that’s throwing me off is the red earlobes. Usually the earlobe color shows a bit of the color you’ll be getting, a red earlobe with small bits of white means a tan (from my personal experience), and a pearlescent white earlobe means a white or blue egg.

I wouldn’t be surprised if she lays green eggs instead. The red earlobes are a strong sign she isn’t pure, also she isn’t really cream by any definition. But the thing that guarantees she isn’t pure for me is the fact she isn’t barred, so therefore cannot be a legBAR. I’m guessing maybe a Welsummer rooster cross Legbar hen.

She's either hatchery quality or, more likely, a Legbar cross Easter egger. Very pretty.

A neighbour! They had a Legbar roo and then many different hens, there were a few purebred Legbar hens so there was a possibility of getting a pure chick out of the random bunch. I guess I'll find out soon when she pops an egg out

Very possible combo! Just the other way around, the roo was the Legbar

If the roo was a legbar she would be barred, she doesn’t look barred in the photo. Unless the roo isn’t pure too

These are my two. One is light feathered and one is dark. The one thing they have in common is the white earlobe and beautiful blue eggs. Maybe yours will have a pretty green egg.i can't wait to see.
