Is this a recessive white?

So here's a chick I hatched from my flock, I've gotten quite a few that have started to feather I'm white like this but this one is the only one I kept back and plan to grow out. She (or he for that matter) is feathering I totally white. From the down there's a faint light grey chipmunk type marking going down it's head so not the normal white chick looking down.

As they grow, I believe they feather out correctly.

No I don't think it's actually recessive white. @The Moonshiner or @nicalandia or @Amer may have some additional insight for you.

I think its one copy of dominate white it received from the first adult bird pictured.
