Is this a rooster?

I have thought since I bought this chicken that it was a rooster due to her behavior, bigger size, etc but i was wanting to ask my chicken experts before i confirmed it. When i say chicken experts I mean it with respect as you all on this website have helped me get thru this new chicken mother experience. A couple of the pics is it’s legs (spurs).? TiA
