Lack of male specific feathering tells the tale - no pointed saddle or hackle feathers. She is either laying or about to start.

She has absolutely no male specific feathering. No big tail and no pointed saddle and hackle feathers.

Zero pointed male saddle feathers and hackle feathers. Not too big of a comb. No male feathering.

Combs are not always reliable ways to tell the gender of a chicken, as some females have very large combs like that one. You can see if the tail feathers ark, especially in a mature one. That would indicate rooster. Also pointy "hackle" feathers on the base on neck and tail.
