Both are girls. If you want a rooster, wait until everyone is laying and poke around Craigslist, your local poultry group or look in the buy sell trade section or your state's thread. Plenty of people have extra roos they need to rehome. Best roos though come from people who aggressively cull for human aggression. Nothing ever guarantees a bird will be nice, but it does skew the odds significantly in your favor. Do make sure you have at least 6 hens before you get a rooster though else you increase your risk of overbreeding significantly and make sure to quarantine him as far as possible from your existing birds for a months. Very important. People have lost their flocks from failing to quarantine properly
