Is this a rooster?

It does suck. I have neighbors dogs chasing my cats all the time, peeing and pooping in our front yard. And barking quite often. Plus we have party neighbors who are very loud. But yet if one of our chicks is a rooster, we have to re-home him and we are very attached to all of them.

How can I go about finding a suitable place for his rooster?

Is there anyone on this forum that would be willing to do some sort of foster maybe? I rather see him go where he will be loved and maybe where my son can visit him now and then.

I had the sweetest boy, but again no roosters in the city, we gave him away to a nice gal in my area, through this message board. I suggest you go to your state thread and ask if anyone wants him, you may just get lucky and find someone in your area like I did. my rooster got a great home and it made my little son so happy. he was so sad until he got to see pictures of his new home.
