Is this a ruptured air sac

I think this is a ruptured air sac... It's soft and moveable and the farmer that was caring for them before I took them over this week tried crop surgery on it and only found milky fluids in the crop... no straw or impaction. Thoughts?

I think it may still be the crop. Sour crop or pendulous crop can be a problem. Pendulous crop happens after the crop has been stetched and muscles are too relaxed. As silly as it sounds, crop bras can used to hold it in. Sour crop is a bacterial or fungal infection. Here are some links to help you treat if that is the problem:

Thanks... I'm reading through the links now.
If she is passing waste is she sour or impacted? Probably Pendulous crop if she's passing waste right?

I just had this happen for the first time. It seemed to inflate right away and I drained the air again. I’m not sure if it will heal or not or if it will need to be wrapped (I’m about to go out of town for a few days so this might not be possible).

It was all air…no fluid!
