7 weeks is too young for saddle feathers to appear. However, correct me if I'm wrong, I see solid red shoulder patches on your baby. This could definitely be a sign of an EE cockerel.

Too young for those. They come in around 12 weeks. You might want to post a pic of the comb, though.

With a comb that red at 7 weeks, I would say it's a cockerel

Interesting color pattern for an Easter egger. In the first pics I thought it was a blue laced red Wyandotte. I would lean cockerel for this one too, but it's still too early to be positive.
