Is this a Silkie hen or a rooster?

Hi Everyone!

I got this beautiful Silkie and was told it was a rooster. It's 5 months old now and not crowing. Can anyone tell me if it's possible this is a hen?

Also, what's this color called?

Silver partridge. Can you get a good comb pic? Crest pulled back? Body looks like a boy to me.

Looks like blue with silver leackage. The high tail feathers and hackles are pointing me to cockerel. But still kind of young. My rooster had no comb or streamers at that age. If you have other roosters crowing that sometimes delays a crow.

I was a little surprised when Silver Fox didn't start crowing, but I read that silkies may not start till a year sometimes especially when there's another rooster.

Rooster I would say, my silkie Honey didn't start crowing till he was over a year old.

Silver Fox has a single comb, not sure if that's helpful...

does it act like a male at all im still leaning to girl but im not to good with silkies lol they are hard to tell you might just have to wait tell it starts laying or crowing
