Her feathers by her butt are half normal feathers so I think she is definitely mixedThis girl looks like it has some kind of modified single comb. If this bird was male it would be much larger by now. Pretty sure you have a pullet!
She does not look mixed. Hatchery silkies often have some hard feathering, especially around the tail and wings.

Single comb silkies are often seen, especially in hatchery birds, though I have had 2 cockerels with them that I hatched from high end breeder eggs. It is recessive, so only pops up if both parents have it or carry it.

Start a new thread with some good photos, side view of the bird whole body, good comb photos, face in profile and straight on. Include age. If he is doing the mating dance than odds are it is male. Good luck!
It matters if you are trying to breed to the SOP (standard of perfection). I sold my two boys that had it, though I did use one of them for breeding for a season as he was the only rooster I had at the time and he was perfect in every other way, very true to type with an amazing crest and fluffy tail. You then have to work on breeding the single comb out again.
