IS THIS A SOUR CROP?

yesterday a hen was acting werid. I think she had a sour crop her crop had water in it. I separtrated her and feed her yogurt and acv water. now she seems fine and no more water in her crop. I felt another hens crop just after she finshed drinking water. Her crop had water in it. Is this a sour crop or was the water in her crop from just drinking?

The hen with the sour crop is keeping her mouth open. It is hot out today. Is she keeping her mouth because of the heat or the sour crop? PLEASE HELP!!
