Is this a spur growing on my hens leg???

You mean that bump on the inside of her leg? That is the spur bud. Both sexes have them. It may become a spur later in life or not. I have had hens with spurs, have a couple now, but all my hens have that raised spot on their leg. Both sexes start out that way. Males usually do grow spurs (I have a rooster who has none and a rooster who has only one) and hens usually do not have spurs come from there. Quite normal.

Yes the bump on her leg. She did not have it before laying on and hatching her first brood of eggs! But she does now and only on one leg. Thank you!

It was probably there all along just became more prominent. I had a 5 year old hen grow what I call "old age spurs". She did not have them most of her life so it happens with some. And some hens do get them, depending on what's in their genetics.
