Is this a too? Or too early to tell?

We purchased some chicks from TSC about 4 weeks ago ( will be 4 weeks Tuesday). All should be female. I know it’s not 100% so… is this Easter egger a little roo? It has a comb that is well defined - it’s turning red already, it’s larger than the others. Feet are bigger. It’s tail is about the same size as the others. It was yellow and is turning a dark red. We are not allowed in roosters
