I bought some chicks a few weeks ago and they threw in 2 turkens. I just read tonight that they should have had naked necks when they hatched and they still don't. Do they look like turkens to you?

If both of the chick's parent's were naked neck's that had the bigger bib's, it is still possible to hatch chick's that will have the fully feathered neck's. I just sold those one's to people saying that they were a mixed breed. After all, a turken isn't supposed to have a fully feathered neck.

If a naked neck is breed to another breed that has a fully feathered neck, some of the chick's will have the naked neck's and some will have the fully feathered neck's at about a 50/50 ratio.
