So....anything with beard and muffs is an Easter Egger?

There are several breeds and crossbreeds of chickens with beards and muffs. In Meyer's collection, they only have Easter Eggers and Ameraucanas, but their Ameraucanas are set colors and have both beards and muffs. Your girl has only a beard, and is white so she is an Easter Egger.

No bearded and muffed birds are not always Easter Eggers. Its a combination of other factors as well. Beard and muffs, plus green "non feathered" legs, plus pea comb are typical Easter Egger traits.
