Is this a worm?

I found this in a bloody looking poop today. I picked it out and rinsed it to see it better.
Is it a worm? What kind, and how do I treat for them?

I would expect to treat the whole flock, probably late next week since we have a half dozen meat birds we're planning to process Wednesday.

I worm treat the roundworms with Valbazen 1/2 ml orally given orally once and then again in 10 days. Or use SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer or the horse paste 1/4 ml per pound of weight. Give the SafeGuard for 5 days.
