Is this actually a BCM?

Last year I bought a 2 year old black copper maran hen. But I’m wondering if she’s even a BCM… I have never once gotten an even slightly dark egg, only normal brown to tan and my normal browns are my cinnamon queens and my cinnamon queens chick. She looks like one, but I don’t think an egg would fade from chocolate brown to tan by the time she hit 2 years right? I was told she laid dark brown too. She’s the second biggest chicken I have (biggest is my Brahma rooster) with the very large comb

Seems to be lacking the copper component of a BCM. Should have copper in her neck feathers. Or can i just not see it?

She’s fully black, never had any other colors

Are we talking about the one onto or on the bottom. My guess for the bottom one is jersey giant

We are I think. Im not sure though.
