Meat spots/blood spots are a factor of small glitches in the reproductive tract. They have nothing to do with fertility or the lack thereof.

As the other cockerels come into their hormones, you will most likely have issues with the pullets being terrorized and overmated, plus the roos will most likely fight...maybe just a little...maybe a lot. So you should probably either prepare a bachelor pen or be prepared to rehome/eat the roo(s) you won't be keeping. I'd keep the one that is nonaggressive toward people and easiest/most mannerly with the pullets.
