Is this an aggressive Rooster

Meat spots/blood spots are a factor of small glitches in the reproductive tract. They have nothing to do with fertility or the lack thereof.

Exactly. I was ready to get rid of my roo, after several weeks of his attacking the pullets and pulling out neck feathers as they screamed bloody murder. But a month or two later, he is quite the gentleman, does his little wing dance, the pullets know what to do, and they don't seem find his brief encounters too unpleasant. He has also personally finds, checks out, and passes off the best treats to the pullets. Charming!

As the other cockerels come into their hormones, you will most likely have issues with the pullets being terrorized and overmated, plus the roos will most likely fight...maybe just a little...maybe a lot. So you should probably either prepare a bachelor pen or be prepared to rehome/eat the roo(s) you won't be keeping. I'd keep the one that is nonaggressive toward people and easiest/most mannerly with the pullets.
