Is this an EE? Or Delaware?

Hi Everyone. I need some help. I would like to know if this is a Easter Egger? She seems too dark in the wings and that stripe on her head seems to not fit a Delaware. So can she be and Easter Egger?

It's a Delaware, not an Easter Egger which typically have ear muffs and greenish legs. The difference in the wing color is due to sex. The one in your picture with the darker wings is a male, as oppossed to the light winged ones which are females.

Thank you. I thought it might be a male. I have heard that EE's can have yellow legs. and this chick had the markings of a EE. I was hoping that it was NOT a rooster. But I guess I will deal with that when when the time comes. I will keep him as long as I can get away with it. But he is with a clutch of pretty Broody females.
