Is this an EE pullet or Cockerel? *Updated Pics* Gender Bender?

I am new to EE's and I purchased 6 from tractor supply this spring. I have one that is definitely a boy that is crowing and shows all signs of being male. On the other hand, there is one that acts like a girl but looks like it could go either way. They are approx. 14 weeks old. It is the tail that confuses me.

I vote cockerel. . . the hackle feathers are long and pointy, the saddle feathers are long, and the tail feathers are long, curved, and very shiny.
