I have the murray McMurray catalog and their EE's look like the white colored bird behind it.

The Meyer Hatchery has EE's like this one in question.

EE's come in all colors--that's why I love hatching them.

Even better than the color of the bird, it looks pretty girlie so I think you are going to have one pretty little pullet there.
