I'm not a peafowl expert, but that's a lot of orange and brown, especially on his eye-feathers. Indian blues have more, well, blue.
He's very pretty, whatever he is. Is he young? That's a pretty small fan.

This is his first set if big boy feathers i don't know if it's the light or not but his tail looks more bronz than anything
