I found this in the nest this morning.

All the hens and vents seem fine.
One hen has what I think is a defective egg chamber because many of her eggs break when they are laid, or even before they are laid. This looks like an egg chamber, but if it came out she would be bleeding or dying, right? It is not exactly an egg because one end of it is firm like raw meat, the other end is liquidy inside. I do not have the stomach to dissect it
