Is this an issue, or am I being overprotective?

My chicken Onyx, approximately 10 months now, was sleeping on the ground, so I put her up on the roost, and she has stopped. That was 2 days ago. Today I did my spot cleaning, and saw that underneath her sleeping spot there are lots of feathers. I spot clean almost every day, so they are definitely new. Could she still be baby molting, or is this from bullying? She is second in the pecking order out of 3, but she is the smallest, and a little weird...
In short, I am just wondering if this (the feathers) is a big deal.

The other 2 are still in their (probably last) baby molt, but I thought she was done.
