Is this angel wing?

Hi, I have six ducks, four of which are about a month and a half old. I'm new to raising ducks and lately I've been reading a bit about the food they should eat, things to look out for, etc. One of these things is angel wing. About two weeks ago I noticed how one of my ducks began to have its (his? her?) wings protrude slightly, but I didn't make anything of it at the time. Now it's gotten more noticeable and I'm kind of concerned if this could pose a threat to its health. I haven't noticed any worrying behavior; it eats, bathes, and gets along with its siblings.
Its siblings' wings seem to be fine (or at least not as noticeable). The parent ducks also seem to be fine. So is it possible for a single duck to develop angel wing while the others do not?
Also another problem I'm facing is that I can't quite get them to eat their feed; they just don't want it. I think I spoiled them too much by giving them vegetables (and rice, and fruit) daily (about two times per day, not too much). The parent ducks have no trouble eating feed or corn, however. Is there anything I can do about this?
I know I may be doing things wrong, so any advice would be appreciated.
Would also like to know what breed they are. Thank you!
