Is this BCM colouring?

Does this little guy in the front look like he has BCM in him? He's got feathered feet with 6 toes, so he's obviously mixed with something . At 6 weeks, these are definitely both roos, right?

It's got a lot of foot feathers, so I'd guess something like a partridge Cochin mix.
