Hello everyone. I’ve had chickens for two years now, and have a wide variety of breeds but am still continuing to widen that number
I recently got some what were labeled as ameruacana/Easter eggers, but I’m saying they are just EEs since I’ve heard most are at feed stores like that. I’m new to EEs although I’ve been in love with the breed for a long time now. I’ve noticed their beaks seem longer or maybe like the top one is overlapping more? Is this just normal? I know they are known for crossbeak and other beak issues. What should I keep an eye out for? None seem crossed and they all eat and get along just fine, they just look a bit different than what I’m used to
The one chick was screaming while I was taking the pictures so she opened her beak for that
But maybe it rests more open? I’m not sure, is that a concern?
