Is this blood in the poo? Intestinal lining or cocci sign?

Saw this dropping and it looked like it had blood on it. I was a rather big poo. Chicken is acting fine, just laid a egg. I saw one with red like this last week but it was only a one time thing all the other droppings didn’t have this.

I think it looks more like intestinal lining but I could be wrong. I also have a pic from Tuesday of the poo

Probably just a little shed intestinal lining. Normal, nothing to worry about!
