They do? So you think it could be a pullet? She is 11 weeks old on Wednesday. Is that too early to tell for sure? I’m so new at this

Yes hens and pullets crow very similar to a rooster crow when they want out of their coop.
Yes I think she is a pullet.
You can usually tell a chickens gender around 6 to 8 weeks old, some breeds are called autosexing breeds where you can tell gender when they have little wings by the tips of the wing feathers a example would be a cream crested legbar.

View attachment 1813361 Closeup of face. Still think hen? 11 weeks old.
Or too early to tell?
That's an awful lot of red for 11 weeks...I'm going to say cockerel, especially if you're hearing crowing type sounds, as pullets do not crow.
They can sound like geese honking at about that age as they change from peeps to clucks.

CCL are autosexing, you can tell by patterns on heads and eyes at hatch...not by this wing thing you describe.

My pullets crow quite a bit

I’m sorry for giving misinformation

I didn’t know that I heard somewhere is was by wings I guess I should have double checked

Thank you for correcting me @aart

I certainly agree that pullets do not crow- but my biggest reason for thinking you have a pullet is due to her non-draped tail feathers.
At 11 weeks, I'd image a cockerel having developed more streaming of hackle feathers surrounding the neck and a slightly larger pea comb. Does there appear to be larger-than-normal spur bumps on her?

Bit early for definitive hackles and saddles and spurs...and I've had plenty of curved tailed pullets.
OE pullet at ~3mos.

She / he has the same sized ones that the production blue has. Not growing yet.
