Is this bumble foot or just a callous?

My two year old Amerucauna has had what we thought was bumble foot for a while. We soaked her, took the scabs off and attempted to find the yellow waxy stuff but we didn’t see any. So we just wrapped her feet up and said if we saw her limping or in pain we would go back to it (keep in mind this was months ago). Out of curiosity I checked on her feet this morning and the scabs were still there. I was very confused as I’d thought the scabs would have healed if it wasn’t bumblefoot. So I took one of the scabs o and found this. Anyone know what this is and if it could be bumble foot? Again, if it were bumblefoot i think her feet would have swollen up but her feet look normally sized. Thanks for any advice.

Looks like pus and kernel to me.
I would say Bumblefoot. What's the foot look like?
Her foot looks normal to me, but here are some pics

I also removed one of the plugs. No blood came out, but there did some to be a whitish yellowish thing in her foot (idk if it’s bumble foot or a tissue of some sort).
Also, the thing in my hand is part of the plug I pulled out. I also am uncertain if the yellow stuff on it is the bumble foot or apart of her foot.

Clean that well with Chlorhexidine, then pack with triple antibiotic ointment and wrap. Re-check the wound once a day to see how it's healing. You may find that you need to soak the foot in a warm epsom salts bath to help reduce the swelling.
