Is this bumblefoot on my roos toes?

Hi Folks,

I am in a little bit of a panic as we have no avian vets around. I noticed today that my Roo (Stormy) has bumblefoot (there was a tell tale black spot on his foot about the size of a pinhead). I then stated to look at his feet and got worried as it looks like he has it on a number of his toes? Is something else going on? Do you do the same kind of surgery on toes? Pic is attached.

looks like bumblefoot to me.
