Is this bumblefoot? What to do, hen limps very badly!

Yes thanks for you two @SulkyBantam and @TwoCrows . I'll keep you updated if something happens!
Make sure these two are getting enough to eat and drink too. Sometimes lower ranking birds get intimidated to eat and drink and during these frigid times all birds need to get enough to stay warm and ward off frost bite and weakness. If you have to, feed them separately by hand, or sneak them some mealworms or some cracked corn along with water so they don't lose weight and can keep warm.

I've done the examination and some treating... They both have had a scab on limping legs, so we cleaned their feets, got rid of scabs (sitting one had a weird one, it was convex as i remember), disinfected with saline, and applied ichthammol oinment , gauze pad and bandage. The limping one was limping much less after treating the leg and got put in nesting box but the situation with sitting one is a bit different... When putting finger gloved in her bottom (deepness of half a finger i'd say) i felt something harder than normally. Not bare egg shell but it was harder + her adbdomen seems swollen to me. We isolated her in warm, heated basement with food water and box with straw. Should i put a wet cloth there to increase moisture? Ah, almost forget. I tried to lubricate inside of her vent with petrollum jelly in case. Any tips? Both were given aspirin

No, theres only a scab. I think i could even rip it off when tried (i say this just to let you imagine how much it holds, i wouldn't do such a thing without knowing what it is). No bruises and no splinters. Yesterday and today she had hit me when jumping off the roost (how unlucky...), maybe something went wrong in her leg because of this?
How high is the roost? I had to lower mine because a few would jump down instead of laddering down and injured themselves. Once lowered, I haven’t had a problem!

Yeah, it is cold but they were closed in the coop for some days before limping. We noticed limping just when the coop went open and we saw her walking. And a day before she wasn't limping. Others aren't limping. I've had a few hens that started limping out of a sudden and in 2-3 months started gettin skinnier and weaker, and then just died. The youngest one of them died today and she wasn't even 2 years old! But they weren't limping that much.
Any diarrhea?

The uterus is about 2 inches back from the vent so unless she is straining or can't poop, she may be preparing an egg to lay.
