Is this Bumblefoot?

She probably won't have to stay. The car ride, put her in a crate and cover it with a towel or sheet so it is dark and she'll do just fine. Also mention to your vet that you're tight on funds, if there is a bigger problem "hopefully not" they may work with you alot of vets will.:)
So I found a vet that would look at her for 50$ money is tight atm but I can afford that but then she started running off a whole list about how I’ll have to cover feed cost 6$ a day and housing 40$ a day as if she was staying I’m not sure if I can afford all that does she have to stay ? And also I’m worried about her and the 35min car ride she’s never been in a vehicle before?

@casportpony or @Eggcessive may know more about vet visits for chickens.

I've never had to have a pet housed/fed at a vets. You may want to call them and ask more questions. See if they can evaluate her while you are there.

If you do go, unless she is very lethargic, I think she should be fine with a car ride. Place her in a box or carrier and drape a towel over it to darken the interior. She needs ventilation of course, but just talk to her along the way. That long of a ride, I would probably take some water and a little bowl and offer her something to drink.

I did ask questions they told me it was routine for sick chickens to stay a day or so with them I also have no other vet options..

Oh, I see. That can get expensive in a hurry!

I'm not sure what is going on with her feet! Let's tag a few more to see if they have suggestions. I do feel that the vet seeing her would be your best option since they look like they are filled with pus. I think she needs antibiotics, but which "type" would be very hard to know.

@Eggcessive @coach723 @dawg53 have any of you seen this?

I have lots of exp with animals as I have done all sorts being a dog breeder and just plain having animals in the middle of the woods lol I have penicillin but like you said I’m not sure that would help any...

You can always decline to leave the chicken there. Ask them what treatment the chicken would be getting AT NIGHT while it is there. Mostly, unless they are running IV fluids, (unlikely in your case) there is no treatment being done at night. Usually, there is no one even there at night, at most vets. You can always opt to bring the bird back in the am, if there is additional treatment needs the next day. Vets will recommend what they think is optimal treatment, that is their job. But you can say I can't do that, what is next best, etc, until you get to what you CAN do. It isn't always perfect, but we don't live in a perfect world. BTW, there is no value to wrapping the feet, unless you have an open wound. Leave them be for now, and support her with a sling.

My first thought was gout, also. But in a two month old hen?
Is there a chance they look worse because they were wrapped too tightly? Sorry, no offense, have to ask.
My only other thought is, it looks like it could be a chronic inflammation due to bruising. Do you have something really different going on with your roosts or pen ground materials? Do you have very small branches that they roost on at night or during the day, or very hard or sharp rock as ground cover? Does she often jump from very high heights onto material that is sharp or very hard? Is she scratching on hard rock? Are her feet constantly wet in addition?
It is a possibility that she would be showing this and your other birds may not for a variety of reasons: activity level, breed, age, etc.

No offense taken you have to ask to know but no they were lightly taped on even had wiggle room as I was paranoid in how tight I didn’t want her to lose circulation in her feet I did move the location of our chicken set up so they are on grass my whole yard is sand under that if that helps?

Thanks for the kind words.
Did you raise her from a chick or get her recently from someone with her feet like that? Sorry if you already said it in a previous post.
Did you have her on rough medium prior to moving the coop?
What about flying down from very high roosts?

I did I got her as a day old chick from greenfire farms and they were on raked sand and I think the highest she could’ve gotten up to was 2ft I do believe I’ve got same sized Russian orloffs they don’t have any injuries rechecked everyone this morning as bun bun started with a slight limp ? I also only wrapped it due to the spots showing up I didn’t know if they were going to open ? Or come to a head
