I just got a new flock of hens and noticed when I got home that one of them probably has bumblefoot.... What do you think?

Could be. Try soaking the feet in Epsom salts. A new pic after that would help.
I would not use those......chicken lungs are very sensitive to aromatics. Are these OK to use
Thank you. I'll do this tomorrowI am not sure I just use regular Epsom salt, you soak for 10-15 minutes, it will most likely take a few soaks if it is to loosen the scab enough to get it off , they you need a pair of sterilized tweezers to remove the pus as it's more like a hard ball that can be hard to remove, and like neosporin or triple antibiotic cream without pain relief to pack in there
I also clipped her nails because a couple of her poor toes were being turned to the side because they were so longView attachment 1921419 View attachment 1921419 View attachment 1921420
I cleaned her feet off so you can see better
You don't remove the Bumble?I'd just do daily epsom soaks and apply antibiotic ointment.
Maybe wrap carefully with vet wrap to help keep it cleaner...or not.
