Is this bumblefoot?

I can’t find a dark spot on the bottom of my silver deathlayer rooster’s foot proving that this is bumblefoot. Is there anything else this blister-like thing could be?

Looks like he was bitten or injured? Looks as if it might be coming to a head..have you tried soaking in warm Epsom salt bath?? Don't let him drink it...
 
Do you have a picture of the bottom of the foot?
Bumblefoot is caused by bacteria entering any kind of wound or injury on the foot, even a tiny scrape, cut or splinter. So between the toes could still be bumblefoot. I would soak the foot daily, see if that helps. Since there appears to be a scab on top, it's likely some kind of injury. If there is pus in it, I would clean it out and treat it like bumblefoot.
