Is this cage good for coturnix quails?

Hi! Could this cage work for 4 coturnix quails, 3 females and a male? And could I possibly add more quails in the future? It has a wind protected inside area and also an outside area, do i need to cover it any extra with netting on the ground on the outside area? And what should i use as bedding, could i have it on grass or dirt or do i need to add hay. Many questions, i know

That's probably about the right size for 4 quail, but not more. Quail aren't like chicken, and aren't likely to use the raised nesting box.

Quail are ground birds, so they are happy on grass or dirt, especially if the dirt is loose enough for them to have dirt baths.
