so this chick is a more than a week old and i'm sure its a frizzle but look at it! its wings aren't curling at all!

here is a picture of it's father and but the one who is raising it isn't the one who laid it. the frizzle who laid was killed by coyotes :hit so i can't show a picture of her

No, your chick did not inherit the frizzle gene. Sorry.

The frizzle gene isn't guarenteed in offspring unless both parents are frizzle, and that's not a recommended pairing because inheriting a double gene causes brittle and damaged feathers. So a pairing between a frizzle parent and a nonfrizzel will produce 50% frizzle babies, and 50% non-frizzle.

Frizzling of the feathers will show up as soon as feathers grow in. They don't grow straight, but rather warp and curl. Your bird is growing lovely straight feathers. It is not a frizzle.
 
5 hatched that are her eggs they all look pretty much the same so does that really mean they all aren't frizzle? :(
