Is this chick frizzled?

It’s the only ones whose feathers are coming in sticking out like that. And what color is it? It should be blue, black or splash.
 
The chick probably isn't gonna be solid black. Maybe some kind of color leakage.
That’s interesting. I didn’t know that could be a thing. There’s a lot that have that going on.
I bought blue bantam Cochin eggs but she gave me 8 extra eggs. Maybe they weren’t all blue?? And clearly one was frizzled. Not complaining…variety is the spice of life.

My guess would be that the extra ones might’ve had some other colors in them. Like I also bought some lavender silkie eggs and was told the extra ones were white.
