Is this chicken obese?

What is her diet like? Lots of treats? How are her activity levels? Does she forage a lot?

It is usually just 16% layer pellets with some flock party treats here and there. She seems just as active as my other chickens, and they are let out as soon as I wake up (times vary) until dark

Have you taken a look at her legs/feet/joints for any cuts, swelling, bumblefoot?
She looks like a Sapphire Gem to me, has she started laying eggs yet?

So I am not sure if she is obese, but if she is, is it a problem? I know you can't really tell from the pic, but she is starting to get slow, she can barely perch, and when she runs from me she lifts her legs up high. She is 4 to 5 months old. She was sold sapphire gem, though I think she may be a blue JG.View attachment 2938466
