Hello there and welcome to BYC!

Diarrhea is never good in chicks, especially if all they are eating is their chick starter. This very well could be a sign of coccidiosis. Chicks from 2 to 6 weeks of age are very susceptible to it and it can kill them. If you see this again in this chick or any other, I would immediately get them on some Corid or something with Amprolium in it from the feed store. It is a medication that is put in the water for 5 to 7 days. If your birds are on medicated starter, you will need to feed them regular feed with no medication in it for the 5 to 7 days they are on the Corid. Coccidiosis is a parasite that lives on all birds intestinal tracts. Young birds do not yet have the immunity to it and when they come into contact with too much poop, the chicks become overwhelmed with this parasite. So keep the brooder as clean as possible.

Good luck and I hope you can get all this cleared up!
