Are you using a still air or forced air incubator?Temp hovers between 99.5 and 100, usually around 99.5. This egg doesn't look dead because of the ring?

I was wondering what incubator you are using? Are you using a still air or forced air incubator?
Still air. Funny enough, I'm incubating them in a lunch box. The thermometer I'm using is an egg-o-meter and I'm using a humidity gauge that I used for my old snake.I was wondering what incubator you are using?
Thanks man. I plan on keeping it til Saturday and seeing if it gets better. If not I'll just have to cut my lossesYou can toss it but I wouldn't yet. That's just my opinion. Your temperature is good if it's accurate. Not sure if you calibrated your thermometer. If nothing changes in a few days then toss it and then you can be sure it's a quitter. Again this is just my opinion and what I would do. Good luck and have fun...
Oh, should I raise the temp then? For a still air incubator most have the temperature a bit higher than in a circulated air incubator.
Will do! If anything changes within the next couple days I'll postAround 100 is good. Please post some updates. Curious minds want to know...
