Is this cocci

Does this look like cocci . I saw this next to where my peahen was standing , she is acting fine and eating well. I have chickens as well and do not know whose poop is it. Should i be concerned . I have not seen this type of poop daily but every few days . Kindly advise something. Does this look like cocci ,What should i do?

It appears to be a normal cecal poop. Coccidiosis is more of a diarrhea with mucous in it, and sometimes blood.

Poop alone is not a cause for concern. Behavior will alert you to disease and unwellness. Then when you notice a chicken behaving lethargically, fluffed up, not interested in food, eyes dull and tail droopy, then you inspect the poop for abnormalities that might give you a clue to what's going on.

Poop varies so greatly, you will drive yourself nuts trying to read what this puddle means or the significance of that strange turd. Until a chicken acts sick, it's all just poop.
