Is this coccidiosis?

I just saw this in the coop. Is this coccidiosis? My chicks are only 4 days old and they are eating medicated feed. I clean out their brooder every day and put down new paper towels. I am new to this so I figured I would start here and see what you all think.

I don't think so. You are feeding medicated feed, so that is GOOD.:thumbsup I also don't think coccidiosis develops at day 4 of life. From what I understand, the blood is red, and liquid. That lil thingie, may be some undigested feed, or something not eatable chick swallowed anyways.
