Is this Coccidiosis?

The food is the problem. That does not look like the right food - they need chick starter. Probiotics in the water are a bad idea - electrolytes are fine but the probiotics are going to mess up their stomachs. Is there any way you can get them chick starter? This seems to me like the majority of the problem.

Can you get a photo of the label or give a link to the product you are using?

No there are no labels. Its sold in anything you can carry it in. Its just the staple brand of every chick raiser here.these are the ingredients probably

What should i feed the sick one though. Hes not eating on his own. I syringe fed him some rice powder mixed in water. He seemed to have pooped that. There is some feed in the crop of the two sick ones from yesterday. I noticed that now. They are not emptying. What does that tell us

I got it from a vet its a syrup. You wont know the name its not from usa. He said its for the fever

It doesn't look like coccidiosis to me.
I asked about the other stuff because that can affect their dropping.

Thanks. It seems to be warm enough. One in the box was panting. I onpened one door and blew some wind on him and gave him a sip of water

3 chicks are lethargic 3 days old. Ones poop is shown. Others dont have this kind of poop. Is this cocci

It doesn’t look like cocci to me. Maybe give your chicks some probiotic mix in their water or you can mix a little bit of apple cider vinegar in their water! It’s healthy for chickens and contains good bacteria

I will give them probiotics . But why are they lethargic and not eating

They could just not be feeling well for some reason. I’ve had many chicks over the years that acted sickly a few days then were fine the next, like they had a cold. I would just keep an eye on them and update us if you want
