Woke up to find these droppings. Is this cocciodiosis?

Thanks so much for the replies. I do have corid. Just gave it to them. How long after treatment can you eat their eggs?

Powder dose is 1.5 teaspoons per gallon for 5 days, then 1/3 teaspoon for 7-14 days.
Liquid dose is 2 teaspoons per gallon for 5 days, then 1/2 teaspoon per gallon for 7-14 days.

No egg withdrawal.

Does it look worse before it gets better? I went out this morning and there was way more bloody poo then yesterday and another pullet looks affected like tired and not herself. When do you see a good change? Thanks!!
 
I saw a change in my birds after the second day. Can you syringe feed the Corid directly to the birds, as well as leaving the Corid water for them to drink? They may not be drinking enough of it, or may be too sick and need a few direct doses.
