Is this Cochin pullet or roo?

we recently got new chickens and my aunt was under the impression they were both female. I am questioning the splash Cochin we got because the are major differences between that one and our partridge Cochin of the same age. He/ she is at either 8 or 9 weeks of age.

Iffy. The comb is not thick but looks orange in pics. It could go either way. But I’m leaning towards being a boy:

Most likely a cockerel.

I agree that it's hard to tell for sure right now, but cockerel seems more likely (because of the red wattles).

Hey wanted to give an update. It’s been almost a week since I took the last set of picture. Her the Cochin is again and I can certainly see more development. So what do you all say.

I think it is a cockerel.
