I've had them for 4 weeks but they might have already been 1-2 when I got them.

6-8 weeks i don't know how old they were when I got them.

I let mine out into the side yard when they have about half their feathers (on sunny days). When they don't need the lamp any more, they go out to the big boy pen. I would say that yours are ready to go.

Not only do they look like they can lose the heat lamp but from the bright green color of your grass it also looks like Spring has sprung.
