Is this coop going to be ok for my silkies?

Hey guys, so I currently have one serama and 8 silkies. (I have 2 sex links and 2 black jersey giants in their own separate coop) but I am about to have this coop delivered to me on Sunday and move all the small babies into it because they are currently outgrowing their coop I got from TSC which is really cheaply made (learned that the hard way before doing research). Anyways, this coop was made by a guy locally and is the best coop I've found for what I'm looking for in a coop as well as for the best price. I got it because it is big (6x14), has the run underneath the coop to keep all my babies dry when it rains, seems well built and sturdy (only have seen pictures, not seen in person yet), has 6 nesting boxes, 20 feet of roosting space, wheels to move around yard, hardwire cloth, good ventilation, seems easy to clean out, metal roof, and looks cute. Do y'all think this will be a good home for my silkies? It comes with a ramp but i may add to it by makimg it wider and non - slip so my silkies can easily get up to the coop part. Hopefully these pictures will come through. Anything y'all would add to it to make it better?

Will they also have an uncovered run so they can get some sunshine, that's all I can think of? I think it will be ok, but you'll be able to tell us, after they've moved in.

Yes! Me and and fiance built a 8wx16Lx7H run for them that we'll attach to this coop.. it is completely covered with chicken wire and hardwire cloth on the bottom 4 feet.. we have hawks and ground predators so I wanted to be extra safe.

I think they'll be very comfortable then.
